Our Hiring Process - Important Disclaimer
To promote fairness and reduce potential bias, we use a “blind” initial screening of all applicants. At this stage, personal identifiers, such as your name, gender, age, race, and educational institutions, are removed so that reviewers focus only on your skills, experience, and abilities relevant to the role. The responses you provide to the pre-screening questions at this stage determine the next steps in the application process.
While this anonymous stage is an important step in mitigating bias, it is only the first step in our hiring process. Later stages involve direct interaction, where you will have the opportunity to share your full professional background and the strengths that make you a good fit for the position. This process reflects BPR’s ongoing commitment to equity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
